What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, use a calculator, or message us, we may collect:

- Residency status and a short description of what you need
- Optional figures you choose to share (income, property value, loan details)
- Technical data such as browser type and pages visited (standard website logs)
We do not ask for passport copies, Emirates ID scans, or bank statements through this website. Those are only requested later, privately, if you proceed with an application.
How we use it
We use your details to:
- Respond to your enquiry by email, phone, or WhatsApp
- Provide mortgage advice and compare suitable UAE lenders
- Prepare a file if you ask us to proceed with a bank
- Improve the website and keep it secure
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Sharing
We share information only when it is needed to help you, including with UAE banks and lenders you agree to approach, and with service providers who send our enquiry emails (currently FormSubmit) or host this website. WhatsApp messages are processed by Meta under their own terms.
We may also disclose information if required by UAE law or a competent regulator.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to advise you and to meet legal or professional record-keeping duties. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time unless we must retain them by law.
